OCTOBER 8 PRESENTATION AND BOOK SIGNING IN FRAMINGHAM, MA
On Tuesday, October 8, at 7:00 pm, Authors Tim and Debbie Bishop will appear at Barnes & Noble, 1 Worcester Road, Framingham, Massachusetts, to promote their recently released book, Two Are Better: Midlife Newlyweds Bicycle Coast to Coast.
The Bishops will share photos and stories from their coast-to-coast bicycling adventure and their inspirational journey.
Tim and Debbie Bishop of Marlborough, Massachusetts, were lifelong singles before marrying one another in 2010 at age 52. After breaking free from life as they knew it, discovering marriage from the seat of a bicycle on their self-supported, cross-country tour came with some interesting hills, valleys, and curves. Their story proves that it is never too late for your dreams to come true. Both are Hope Coaches for TheHopeLine, an organization that seeks to reach, rescue, and restore hurting teens and young adults. Debbie Bishop teaches in the Framingham public school system.
Published by Open Road Press and distributed by Send The Light Distribution, Two Are Better: Midlife Newlyweds Bicycle Coast to Coast released to the book trade on May 15, 2013 with a retail price of $19.95 US. It has garnered rave reviews from blog websites, as well as a Highlighted Title designation by Independent Publisher. The Midwest Book Review calls Two Are Better “charming and insightful.” The Bishops have appeared on the Huffington Post Live with Nancy Redd. Their story was featured earlier this year in the Metrowest Daily News and the Worcester Telegram. Two Are Better is a 208-page 6” x 9” paperback with 125 color photos. You can learn more about the book at www.openroadpress.com.
